For the third time, ‘Newsweek’ magazine in its Polish edition prepared a ranking of the institutions of higher education. This time the only criterion used to assess universities and colleges was their effectiveness in preparing graduates to get a good job. ‘Newsweek’ retained the Public Opinion Research Institute from Sopot to carry out the survey among the biggest Polish employers and ask who they employ most willingly. Pollsters received data concerning 26 269 graduates of 247 state and private institutions,
On the basis of the survey it was found out that „the position of good private schools has been strengthening all the time”. At present, they constitute more than 30% of the best universities and colleges in Poland.
WSB-NLU came six among the private educational institutions, overtaking Wyższa Szkoła Przedsiębiorczości im. L. Koźmińskiego in Warsaw, among others.
