On Saturday, November 9, 2002, the Jury of the Kisiel’s Award, granted by a weekly ‘WPROST’, announced that the Rector of Wyższa Szkołą Biznesu- National-Louis University from Nowy Sącz became this year’s laureate. As it was stated in the justification for the recognition, Krzysztof Pawłowski ‘managed to turn knowledge into capital.’ It is the Rector’s twelfth award so far and it follows another extremely prestigious award of Pro Publico Bono, granted by Prime Minister Jerzy Buzek for the most valuable initiative of the decade.
