The full-time MBA program is designed to simultaneously provide students with real-life managerial experience so that they will solve practical problems emerging from business activities. At the beginning of the program each student in the cohort group will be assigned to a specific company for a two-week internship orientation under the guidance of a particular manager-mentor. During the rest of the MBA program, each student will prepare a project for each course based on the particular company. Each student must maintain communication with the assigned manager during the year and present the completed course projects to that manager, who will provide feedback to the student and to the WSB-NLU MBA Program Office. The coursework in the program will be slightly modified to enable the identification and solution of local organizational problems in various aspects, emphasizing the micro- and macro-economic setting, an international framework, and risk/change management.
