Students-beneficiaries of the program may study at a chosen partner institution for one or two semesters of the academic year. The period of study abroad within the Erasmus framework is considered an integral part of studying at WSB-NLU. Thanks to the ECTS system, students can successfully complete particular subjects abroad. Detailed regulations concerning guidelines for a selection of candidates for the Erasmus program are set forth by the receiving institution. At WSB-NLU, successful candidates must have a GPA of at least 3.5 (in the scale from 0 to 5), must have a good knowledge of a language of instruction that would allow them to participate in classes at a partner institution, must display good inter-personal skills and active involvement in campus activities.
Those who satisfy the above mentioned criteria have a chance to experience the greatest adventure of their lives. Studying abroad offers not only an opportunity to 'polish up' one's foreign language and gain necessary experience, which may prove an advantage during a job interview, but it also provides a direct contact with the wealth of the European culture.
